FUND RAISING

Riverside Christian Academy is a non-profit 501(c)3 Christian school that relies on donations and tuitions to
continue. For this reason we look for ways to establish our financial base in order to provide an education of
excellence to our students.

Our desire is to be the best we can be. The results are obvious when we look at the
honor roll list, the high
average GPA of our students, our increasing student enrollment and the growth of our
programs in the
community.

We ask that you take the time to look at our programs and patronize the fund-raising businesses that the
students are working.

Please also consider becoming a donor; a participant in the "Riverside Christian Academy Foundation".

For information about the Riverside Christian Academy Foundation, please contact us at (281) 592-5466.

Our students have received, well, the opportunity to start and operate their own small businesses from within
the framework of the educational facility, being overseen by seasoned business persons, and professionals.

Community Service Work
Riverside Christian Academy is proud of our community service program. We adopted a program, started by
Keith Field, as a way to provide needed services to returning injured Military Warriors, and now also includes
the senior citizens in our area.

Many organizations provide spectacular and enriching events to which our military warriors are escorted, and
which provide them with much pleasure, but what Keith saw was another need; to take care of their more
practical needs, such as minor household repairs.

From this came a service that provided, to the warriors, a way to get needed repairs done without having to
pay more than they could afford. When the seniors heard about the program, they asked and were included in
this service plan.

However, one person cannot do all the jobs that were being called in, and so Riverside Christian Academy has
made this program part of its own, to teach our students the need to give back to those in our community
who truly need our help.

Materials are paid for, by the customer, but the labor amount is determined by their ability to pay.

We also go out into the community when there is a call for people to clean up (after a storm), or we look for
ways to make ourselves useful to those who are our neighbors. It is all part of learning to become involved
citizens.

To enquire about this program, please call the school at (281) 592-5466, ask for Keith.
